W
ith the Vue Rewards
program, there's
even more reason
to dine at Vue Grille & Bar.
Implemented in late 2016 in
partnership with the customer
loyalty network FiveStars, Vue
Rewards provides additional
incentives for guests who dine
regularly – or even occasion-
ally – at the award-winning
restaurant.
"There's really no reason
not to participate," said Direc-
tor of Food and Beverage Scott
Winant. "Every time you visit,
you earn points to use toward
future purchases. Even if you
only come to the area twice a
year, you may as well earn
points while you eat."
The program is designed to
thank and reward guests for
being patrons of the facility.
Members receive one reward
point for every dollar they
spend at Vue Grille & Bar, and
those points can be redeemed
tableside. Members also re-
ceive special gifts to enjoy
during their birthday cele-
brations, as well as exclu-
sive offers and invitations
to special events.
The FiveStars system offers
improved functionality and
state-of-the-art features such
as the ability to stay up to date
on events and specials.
"In the past we've had
guests requesting to be added
to a mailing list for menu
changes or new specials," said
Winant. "With this system,
they can sign up to be notified
however they would like – via
email, text messaging or push
notifications on their phone –
and receive the latest news
from Vue. Or, they don't have
to receive notifications and
they can just earn points."
The FiveStars system simply
requires members to register
online, which allows them to
connect their phone and re-
ceive the latest information.
Each time members visit
Vue, they'll just need to pro-
vide their server with a phone
number to access their account
and receive points.
