graded space will be a self-contained, all-en-
compassing facility."
Plans are also in place to upgrade the
Pavilion itself, and include redoing the floor
with a special epoxy coating that will give it
an upgraded appearance. Sunshades will be
added to all window areas, which will facili-
tate improved presentations inside the
facility, and the front patio area will
be expanded to twice its size, al-
lowing events to be held both in-
side and outside the Pavilion.
New flooring installation will
begin in mid-April, and construction on
the new salon will begin in the middle of
June. Rosen anticipates that construction will
be finished by mid-August.
"The timing of this project is perfect, as it
will coincide with the warmer temperatures
that make it a slower time of the year for
us," said Rosen. "We're committed to doing
this in a way that won't affect our guests."
