KEEP YOUR
COOL!
Hyatt Regency waterpark
gives golfers a place to chill
G
olfers who need to cool off dur-
ing the summer have a great
place to go if they book their
stay at the Hyatt Regency Indian
Wells Resort & Spa.
Located adjacent to Indian Wells Golf Re-
sort, the Hyatt is home to the HyTides Plunge
Waterpark and Desert Twist Lazy River, which
was unveiled in the summer of 2020 as part
of a $21 million renovation of the property.
The twists, turns and thrills at the Hyatt's
water wonderland are just as fun and exciting
as those on the two award-winning golf
courses at Indian Wells Golf Resort.
Amenities include dueling three-story wa-
terslides, a 450-foot lazy river, a splash pad
and incredible views of the mountains and
palm trees.
"Guests enjoy how much fun it is for the
entire family," said Sean Kim, Director of
Revenue Management for the Hyatt Indian
Wells. "Everyone will have something to do."
Kim said the Hyatt's waterpark is ideal for
golf guests because they can relax in the lazy
river after a round and grab food poolside
from the Road Runner restaurant. They can
also enjoy a craft beer or cocktail at the
Oasis bar and relax in the adults-only pool.
There's another good reason.
"Near the waterpark, we have our Agua
Serena Spa so golfers can get those tight
muscles relaxed and enjoy all the amenities,
including a plunge pool, spa, sauna and
shower," Kim said.
The Hyatt Indian Wells also offers golfers
complimentary cart rides to Indian Wells Golf
Resort, and they can charge their meals from
Vue Grille & Bar to their room.
