2021 with a wine sale, boxed din-
ners to take away and cook at home, and a
virtual whiskey tasting event…

Following the success of its Novem-
ber wine sale, Vue will host another one,
completely virtual, during the rst week in
February.
Guests can order online or by calling
(760) 834-3800 and will have access to in-
credible wines at prices they wouldn't be
able to nd anywhere else thanks to the
restaurant's partnership with Southern
Wine and Spirits. More than 100 di(erent
varieties will be o(ered, and once an order
is placed, it can be picked up outside Vue
within two days.
"You'll nd everything from everyday
drinking wines to ones you want to reserve
for special occasions, and I think people will
be really excited to take advantage of the
great prices and really stock up," said Direc-
tor of Food and Beverage Scott Winant.

Boxed "prepare at home" dinners
are now being o(ered daily, with options
featuring chicken, steak, ribs and salmon
dishes with various sides. Along with all the
fresh ingredients, guests will be given ac-
cess to a video of Indian Wells Golf Resort
Chef Nestor Ruiz preparing the meal, with
step-by-step coaching.
"We think this is going to be popular, and
we may continue o(ering it after we're back
to hosting indoor dining, as some people
may still prefer to stay home," Winant said.

Vue o9ers one of the largest
whiskey collections in the Coachella Valley,
so Winant said the restaurant will soon host
virtual events focused on the popular spirit.
Vue's upcoming table series will feature live
video sessions from various whiskey ex-
perts, with participants able to ask ques-
tions, and guests will pick up taster bottles
at the restaurant in advance so they can fol-
low along at home.
