son, another successful campaign is in
the books for the PGA Jr. League
teams at Indian Wells Golf Resort.
More than 60 junior golfers ages 8-12 partici-

through the end of November. The league con-

throughout the local area.
"The fall season was a great success," said
PGA Lead Teaching Professional and PGA Jr.
League Coach Eric Solander. "This was the sec-

so many sign-ups that we started two teams."
Team Indian Wells 1 finished the fall season
in second place, while Team Indian Wells 2 fin-
ished third. The spring season starts in March
and registration opens in January.
"We're looking forward to the spring and
hope to keep the momentum moving forward,"
Solander said. "Also, special thanks to the In-
dian Wells Golf Resort staff and to coaches
Derek Morris, Kyle Kumagai, Tony Bosken,
David Curtis and resident Tom Lowman."
