special events for the spring sea-
son, beginning with St. Patrick's
Day March 17, followed by a Fashion
Lunch on March 21, and a Bottomless
Champagne Brunch for Easter Sunday.

An all-you-can-eat buffet from 4-9 p.m.
has the added lure of drink specials all
night and live entertainment.
The buffet includes corned beef, cab-
bage, Sheppard's pie, root vegetables,
beef stroganoff and assorted desserts, in-
cluding mint chocolate cheesecake.
Cost is $27 per person.

This charitable fashion lunch will bene-
fit the non-profit group Animal Samari-
tans, Coachella Valley's premier animal
welfare organization.
From 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., guests will
enjoy fashion highlights from La-Di-Da
Jewelry, Shirley's Boutique and Indian
Wells Golf Resort's Pro Shop. Up to 20
percent of proceeds will aid the charity.
Cost is $25 per person and includes a
Vue Grille & Bar entrée and dessert.

Hop in for Vue's Bottomless Cham-
pagne Brunch on Easter Sunday. There's
something for everyone, including an
omelet station, a carving board, dessert
display, and Easter egg decorating for
kids. The 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. event is $58.95
per adult and $24.95 for kids (6-11).
"Those attending will have dozens of
brunch selections and a feast to remem-
ber," said Director of Food & Beverage
Scott Winant. "In addition, the kids will
love the Easter egg decorating."
A sampling of the brunch lineup in-
cludes Belgian waffles, chilaquiles, apple-
wood bacon, grilled spring asparagus,
chilled shrimp, snow crab legs, sautéed
spring vegetables, pasta, chicken Marsala,
local sea bass, roasted turkey, prime rib
and house-smoked salmon. Desserts in-
clude caramel bread pudding, fruit tarts,
mousse cake and more.
