BourBonS, Bacon &
BriSKEt taSting Party

ith the right ingredients, a little alliter-
ation can be quite tasty. Case in point:
Vue's Bourbons, Bacon & Brisket Tasting
Party on Friday, January 26 from 5-7 p.m.
The event will showcase more than 30
special bourbons and whiskies, paired with
a menu of stellar fare. Vue's daily list of over
300 bourbons and whiskies is reputed as
the largest in the entire valley.
"There will be some unique things that
people don't always see in the stores," says
Director of Food & Beverage Scott Winant.
"And our chef will make seven different
types of bacon using different rubs and dif-
ferent spices, as well as different types of
bacon – there will be pork, turkey, and vari-
ous types of bacon strips."
Along with the bacons, the bourbons will
be matched with a house smoked brisket,
which is specially prepped for 22 hours.

here's no need to tackle the deed
of hosting a Super Bowl party this
season when you can let Vue
Grille & Bar be your home field as the
AFC and NFC's best collide for Super
Bowl LII at U.S. Bank Stadium in Min-
neapolis on Sunday, February 4.
Offering 22 indoor and outdoor flat-
screen televisions, Vue's super viewing
space kicks off the gathering at 3 p.m.
(the broadcast begins at approx-
imately 3:15 p.m.) and plays
through the big game's end.
"I think the nice thing about
it is that we're so family-
friendly," says Director of Food
& Beverage Scott Winant. "And
it's also first-class. I've been to a
lot of Super Bowl parties where
that isn't necessarily the case.
So, it's not your typical 'Dime
Bar' kind of event."
Cost is $25 per guest, and along with
a Vue's full roster of wine, beer and
spirit offerings, the viewing party will
provide drink specials and a menu in-
cluding an "All You Can Eat" array of
sporting fare, including wings, burgers
and hot dogs.

larger parties will want to phone ahead
