F
inding the perfect date night spot
for Feb. 14 can be a little intimidat-
ing, but Vue Grille & Bar's Valen-
tine's Day Dinner, held from 4-10 p.m.,
makes the decision easy.
With delicious food, a cozy yet sophis-
ticated ambiance and several resort ho-
tels within close proximity, it's the ideal
location for this special evening. Com-
bine the great meal with a round of golf
and a trip to one of the resorts' spas with
your sweetheart, and this Valentine's
Day is going to be hard to beat.
"We typically have 400-plus people at-
tend our Valentine's Day event through-
out the course of the evening," said Scott
Winant, Director of Food & Beverage.
"We space it out nicely, as we don't bring
in a ton of extra seating like you'll see
other venues do for this night. This way
the experience and intimacy is still there
for couples to enjoy."
The impeccably planned meal includes
several options for each of the three
courses, such as Kabocha Squash Bisque
with Gruyere Croutons, New England
Clam Chowder, Arugula and Spinach
Salad or Griddled Sea Scallops with Pro-
sciutto for the first course; Chicken
Breast with Pancetta, Filet Mignon, Dun-
geness Crab Risotto, Pan-Roasted
Salmon, Roasted Rack of Lamb or Butter-
nut Squash Ravioli for the entrée course;
and Croissant Bread Pudding with
Caramel Rum Sauce, Strawberry Cheese-
cake or Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries
for dessert.
Select bottles of wine and champagne
will be 50 percent off, with plenty of
choices to ensure the perfect romantic
toast. Meal prices will vary depending on
course selections, and reservations are
strongly encouraged.
