T
here's no better place to
eat, drink and be merry
with your family and
friends over the holidays than
at Indian Wells Golf Resort
and Vue Grille & Bar.
Events are planned for every
major holiday through the end
of the year, which allows
guests to leave the prep, serv-
ing and clean-up work to the
talented professionals at In-
dian Wells and enjoy their time
with loved ones.
First up on the calendar is
the thanksgiving day Buffet
on Nov. 24, from 12-8 p.m.
The menu will include both
cold selections, such as pasta
salad with roasted vegetables,
Caesar salad and a smoked
salmon platter, and hot selec-
tions such as classic Yukon
mashed potatoes, cornbread
stuffing, nutmeg-scented
roasted sweet potatoes and
Alaskan halibut with toasted
caper cream. And of course the
main carving station will fea-
ture all the classic favorites,
from roasted turkey and prime
rib to molasses-glazed ham
and all the traditional fixings.
Pumpkin pie, pecan pie and
pumpkin cheesecake are just a
few of the dishes that will
round out the meal, which
costs $46.95 for adults and
$19.95 for kids 12 and under.
