ue Grille & Bar has
long been known for
its expansive wine list,
wide array of spirits and excel-
lent variety of specialty cock-
tails and craft beers.
Now, they're solidifying that
reputation even further with a
recent revamp of the menu,
which includes several items
that integrate the restaurant's
award-winning spirits.
"We're very excited about
the new lunch and dinner
menus at Vue," said Scott
Winant, Director of Food &
Beverage at Indian Wells Golf
Resort. "We pride ourselves on
the great selection of spirits we
have on hand. With more than
260 whiskeys in particular, it
just made sense to more fully
utilize those spirits as both an
influence and an ingredient in
our menu as well."
One of the favorites on the
dinner menu already is the
Tomahawk Steak, a 32-oz.
bone-in Ribeye served with
a bourbon sauce, signature
date butter, potato cake and
caramelized brussel sprouts.
Other menu highlights in-
clude the Whiskey Pig,
Drunken Halibut with Jim
Beam Butter, Chilled Shrimp
Louie, Bacon Mac and Cheese
and Crispy Pork Shank with a
red wine reduction.
