on't just ring in the new
year, do it in style at the
award-winning and most-
happening spot in the Coachella
Valley: Vue Grille & Bar.
With a fabulous menu, live music
and entertainment, and a compli-
mentary champagne toast at mid-
night all on tap for the big night, Vue
is an ideal place to celebrate.
The New Year's Eve special menu
features three courses. The first in-
cludes your choice of a classic wal-
dorf salad, lobster bisque, or pork
belly with apricots.
The entree course consists of your
choice between surf and turf, which
is a 6-ounce lobster tail and 10-ounce
filet; Duck, Duck, Duck, which is a
seared duck breast, duck leg confit,
and duck meatloaf; truffle gnocchi, a
house-made potato gnocchi with
black truffles and a porcini broth; pe-
trale Oscar, which is a pan-seared pe-
trale filet with dungeness crab butter;
or a 16-ounce cowboy steak.
The meal concludes with a dessert
selection that includes your choice
of goat cheese apricot cheesecake,
guava creme brulee, or warm choco-
late lava cake.
Barry Minniefield & The Current
will perform throughout the evening,
so you can sit back and revel in the
music or get out on the dance floor.
The party is $85 a person to attend,
and you can enjoy yourself to the
fullest knowing that luxurious hotels
are just a short walk away at the end
of the night.
For the ultimate celebration, ex-
tend your stay into New Year's Day.
Watch college football at Vue, relax at
the resort, or play a round of golf for
