he past few months have seen a
major overhaul and redesign of
the Indian Wells Golf Resort and
Vue Grille & Bar websites, making both
more user-friendly, easier to navigate,
and exceedingly comprehensive.
"We really wanted to give people
what they want with our new websites,"
said Director of Sales and Marketing
Michael Tebbetts. "We're trying to tell
our story in the most effective way, and
we're trying to do so in a way that peo-
ple will both enjoy and find useful."
The new sites are now formatted to
work on any device, from mobile to
desktop and anything in between –
and they're rich in pictures and video.
There are additional behind-the-
scenes benefits, as well.
"The sites are much easier for us to
manage from the back end," said Teb-
betts, "which means we're able to be
more streamlined and provide content
that is more accurate, timely, and tar-
geted no matter how you're viewing it."
In creating the sites to suit all devices,
the redesign team wanted to ensure
that each device could display plenty of
content. Sometimes mobile versions of
sites can only feature one-third of the
content, but with the redesign the site
features everything you could need
whether you're looking at it on your
smart phone, tablet, or computer.
Not only do the sites look better, but
they're more functional. It's easy to
book tee times, see what's going on at
the club, find detailed information
about the courses, and view options for
hosting a wedding at the Pavilion.
Vue Grille & Bar's new website
makes it easy to search the restaurant's
food specials, menus, and availability
for holidays, as well as pricing for daily
meals and special events.
"We've also added a new calendar
feature," said Tebbetts. "Viewers can
now see what's happening here on a
daily basis, from golf specials (CliCk
here) and dining options to special
events (CliCk here) and more."
