What are your primary responsibilities as Food and Beverage
Manager? To ensure the highest
quality of product and service.
What do you enjoy most about your job
so far? The great minds of the people
around me: the chef, management,
and the guests.

your new role? The opportunity to grow
and to learn from a very talented and
knowledgeable group of professionals.
Can you tell us a little about your previous
work experience? I most recently was
working as a manager at Lulu California
Bistro. I had been there since the restaurant opened in 2011.

and lived there for 21 years until moving
to California in 2010.
Where did you grow up? I grew up on the
Upper Peninsula of Michigan, but moved
to Minneapolis when I was 18 years old
slices of Fried Avocado with pickled
onions, but yesterday my favorite was the
Burrata Cheese with Prosciutto.
What one word would you use to describe
yourself? Scrupulous.
What might someone be surprised to know
about you? Not many people know that I
am hilarious.
What do you like to do when you aren't
working? I like to work with wood, and I
am very slowly learning to make furniture.
Very, very rustic amateur furniture.
