Vue Grill & Bar spices up the week
with a trio of nighttime dinner specials
W
ith a lineup of enticing dinner specials, Vue
Grille & Bar helps ignite the weekend spirit
for local residents and resort guests.
Kicking things off is Burger Night on Thursdays. Choices
range from a 5- or 8-ounce Angus Burger to an 8-ounce
Kobe Burger. Each is prepared and served with French
fries, and a choice of a Brioche bun or a fresh lettuce wrap.
Fridays present a Prime Rib dinner featuring a 12-ounce
cut served with au jus and accompanied by a baked po-
tato and a selection of vegetables.
"It's rubbed with fresh herbs, olive oil, salt, and fresh
ground pepper – then seared in high heat and slow
roasted until medium rare," said Vue Grille & Bar Ex-
ecutive Chef Earl Schryver.
Saturday nights at Vue are dedicated to a family-style
Pasta Night, tailored to satisfy most any pasta lover. Priced
at $25 per person, the menu includes a range of salads
and a choice of pastas, such as rigatoni and classic la-
sagna, accompanied by unlimited garlic breadsticks.
"Our dinner specials are designed to delight the senses
and enhance the dining experience," Chef Schryver said.
