and Vue Grille & Bar at
Indian Wells Golf Resort

One of the highlights of the
summer season is Vue's mouth-
watering menu. Guests can
expect to indulge in a range
of tantalizing treats, including
the Beer Battered Avocado,
Lobster Cobb Salad, and Pa-
paya Chicken Salad.
"We're bringing back some
of our most popular summer
favorites, with a focus on locally
sourced ingredients," Rodny said.
Of course, no summer menu
is complete without the perfect
beverage to accompany it, and
Vue is renowned for its refresh-
ing libations, whether you're in
the mood for a crisp cocktail or
a cool glass of wine.
Vue is also known for its
Burger Night tradition, which
will be moved to Thursday even-
ings, so guests can enjoy the
restaurant's signature burgers
and brews as the sun sets over
the mountains.
However, the event that ev-
eryone is buzzing about is the
upcoming Vines @ The Vue
dinner featuring Hess Winery,
established in 1978 on the vol-
canic slopes of Mount Veeder in
Napa Valley and known for its
elegant wines with rich, com-
plex flavors. Set to take place on
Friday, May 19, this wine and
culinary extravaganza is sure to
be an unforgettable experience.
