Kobe skirt steak
and frites
This dish includes
a 7-ounce Kobe
beef served with
fries and drizzled
with a chimichurri
sauce. Says
Navarro: "It's an
excellent choice
for a lighter fare
entrée."
Chicken Papaya salad
Features chicken salad, candied papaya,
raisins, and it's served on half a Hawaiian
papaya. Also includes avocado on a bed
of fresh field greens. "This salad is full of
fruit flavor and a great summer meal,"
Navarro said.
