The restaurant serves a
host of refreshing summer
cocktails, including the
Raspberry 75, the Pisco
Sour, and the Pineapple
berry tinni.
"They all are very refresh-
ing and have a citrus base,
which is a go-to for a sum-
mer cocktail," said Food and
Beverage Director Michael
Navarro. "Vodka, Pisco, Gin
– all clear spirits make fun
cocktails!"
Here is a look at the three
popular drinks and how
they are made…

Raspberry 75
• 1¼ oz Rose Gin
• 1 oz simple syrup
• ½ oz raspberry puree
• ½ oz fresh lemon juice
• Top with Spanish Cava poured in
a champagne glass and garnish
with raspberry and lemon twist.
Pisco Sour
• 1¼ oz Pisco
• 1 oz simply syrup
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 1 oz egg whites
• Place all ingredients in a martini shaker
with ice. Shake and strain over a rocks
glass with ice. Garnish with Luxardo
cherry and lemon wedge.
Pineapple berry tinni
• 1¼ oz vodka
• 1 oz simple syrup
• 1 oz pineapple juice
Place in martini shaker with ice. Shake
and strain over a martini glass. Add a
½ oz of Chambord sinker and garnish
with Luxardo cherry and orange wedge.
