SUPER SUNDAY
A
re you ready for some football?
Vue Grille & Bar is. The restau-
rant will offer a Super Bowl Sunday
event featuring a lineup of food and
beverages ideal for the big game.
Set for February 13 from 3:30-
7 p.m., the Super Bowl menu will fea-
ture items such as a Brat and Bud-
light, which includes a sausage
topped with your choice of onions,
sauerkraut, mustard, tomato, relish
and chili, as well as a cold brew or
non alcoholic beverage.
Football fans can also enjoy a
slow-roasted BBQ Pulled Pork Sand-
wich, Tenderloin Sliders, and an
Angus Cheeseburger.
Nachos also will be available with
beef tenderloin, pork or chicken,
along with wings served with Buf-
falo, BBQ or Mediterranean sauce.
"This will be a fun day," said Direc-
tor of Food and Beverage Michael
Navarro. "We'll have a great menu for
the game and will be raffling prizes."

Savor Valentine's Day with two special dinners

alentine's Day is shaping up to
be a momentous occasion at
Vue Grille & Bar.
The restaurant will be offering two
events for guests to enjoy on Mon-
day, February 14 – a Valentine's
Day dinner and a special meal
featuring the boutique Napa
winery White Rock.
The prix fixe Valentine's dinner,
served from 4-8 p.m. for $75 per
person, features a choice of four
starters, including a Morel
Bisque, a Sherry Glazed Pork
Belly, Grilled Heart of Romaine
and Baby Butter Lettuce.
The main course offers a se-
lection of Filet Oscar, Jidori Airline
Chicken, Alaskan Halibut and Veal
Piccata. Dessert features Passion Fruit
Creme Brûlée, Lava Cake Berries Com-
pote and Cherries Jubilee.
For another amazing experience,
the White Rock Wine Dinner will be
served at 6 p.m. and includes a meal
of fine food prepared by Vue's culi-
nary team, and wine from the family-
owned vineyard established in 1870.
The first course features a Pulled
Pork Taco with Queso Fresco, Dunge-
ness crab and Avocado Roll, and
Roasted Chicken with garlic, rose-
mary and Swiss chard, all paired with
a 2017 Chardonnay.
Next up is a Dover Sole with leeks
and oyster mushrooms that will be
matched up with a 2018 Chardonnay
Reserve and a 2017 Chardonnay
'Breccia.' That will be followed by a
Roasted Rack of Veal with blistered
cherry tomatoes, garlic-sauteed broc-
colini and truffle risotto that will be
coupled with a 2018 Cabernet Sauvi-
gnon and a 2017 Cabernet 'Laurate.'
The final touch features a port to
go along with goat cheese cakes and
chocolate salami with cherry sauce.
Seating is limited at the White
Rock Dinner. Cost is $150 per person.
