Upcoming Vines at the Vue event will
feature Pinot wines and French cuisine

French theme is in store for guests who attend the next
Vines at the Vue event at Indian Wells Golf Resort. The
intimate wine dinner series features multi-course meals
perfectly paired with award-winning wines.
At the upcoming event on Thursday, February 3, the focus will be
on a variety of Pinot grapes, so attendees can count on a selection of
Pinot Grigio, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc.
The wines will be paired with special cheeses from
France, and the restaurant is working on a French-
themed menu for guests to experience.
"We're paying close attention to pairing the food and
wine perfectly," said Director of Food and Beverage
Michael Navarro.
If you're starting to think about plans for Valentine's Day, Vue
Grille & Bar will have another Vines at the Vue event on Monday,
February 14, featuring a multi-course meal and the boutique Napa
winery White Rock.
The Vue restaurant also will serve a separate prix fixe menu for
couples who want to celebrate the special holiday.
