BOOK A TEE TIME EAT, DRINK AND BE MERRY Dinner series highlights top wines A n intimate dinner series is coming to Vue Grille & Bar that wine enthusiasts are going to love. Called Vines at the Vue, the series will highlight a variety of first-rate wineries, with each of the seven events featuring a multi-course meal perfectly paired with the premium wines. The first dinner will be held Wednesday, December 15, and will spotlight DAOU, a Paso Robles winery established by two inseparable brothers originally from Lebanon. Regarded as one of California's benchmark wineries, DAOU is renowned for its dynamic portfolio of wines and its mastery of Cabernet Sauvignon. "We're really looking forward to sharing these excellent wines with our guests and providing them with a great dining experience," said Director of Food and Beverage Michael Navarro. Future wine dinners and wineries include Silver Oak, January 12; an All Things Pinot! night, February 3; White Rock, February 14; Ketcham Estate, March 10; and Boich Family Cellar, March 25. VUE GRILLE & BAR Celebrate the season at Vue Y ou can add a little hol- iday cheer this season at Vue Grille & Bar as the restaurant has released its Christmas Day Menu. Available on Saturday, De- cember 25, from 12-7 p.m., the menu features three courses for $85 per person and $34.95 for children 12 and under. Guests will be treated to a choice of appetizers that include Smoked Duck Breast Salad, Wild Mushrooms, Crab Bisque or Baby Kale and dates. The main course features a selection of Roasted Turkey Breast, Roasted Prime Rib, Mushroom Ravioli, Pork Rack Chop, or Chilean Sea Bass.
