ue Grille & Bar will offer much
more than a spectacular prix fixe
meal on Thanksgiving Day.
"There will be a very nice environment
for the whole family where they can make
memories," said Director of Food and Bever-
age Michael Navarro. "And we'll serve a
refined, elegant a la carte dinner
that allows guests to stay seated
and let us do all the work."
With servings from
noon-7 p.m., the holiday
meal will feature a choice
of starters followed by the
main course, a variety of accom-
paniments and dessert.
The dinner is $70 per person and
$28.95 for children 12 and under.

he items on the new
lunch, dinner and
Happy Hour menus at
Vue Grille & Bar have
one thing in common — they're
regional and seasonal.
"A great fact is that 90 per-
cent of the fruits and vegetables
we use are grown within a 70-
mile radius," said Director of
Food and Beverage Michael
Navarro. "We are regional and
seasonal because of that."
The new menus feature a va-
riety of fresh fare as well as
vegan and gluten-free options.
The lunch lineup, which is de-
signed mostly to accommodate
golfers coming off the course
and business people in the area
looking for a quick bite to eat,
includes a variety of tacos and
salads as well as burgers and
sandwiches. There's also a Poke
Bowl and Steak & Frites.
For dinner, guests can enjoy a
three- or four-course meal that
features starters such as an Ahi
Tower and Coconut Shrimp and
a larger selection of salads. En-
trees include Beef Tenderloin,
Rack of Lamb, Golden Seared
Chilean Sea Bass, a 16-ounce
Grilled Ribeye, and much more.
"Dinner is a little bit more of
an experience as you typically
have more time to sit back and
relax," Navarro said. "And it
gives us the opportunity to
pamper you."
The Happy Hour menu,
served from 2-5 p.m. Monday-
Saturday, offers selections such
as a Chicken Quesadilla,
Chicken Macho Nacho, and
Kobe Beef Sliders.
Vue is open for lunch 11 a.m.-
3 p.m. and for dinner 5-8 p.m.
Tuesday-Thursday, and 5-9 p.m.
Friday-Saturday.
