omething big in petite women's
apparel is happening at the In-
dian Wells Golf Resort.
The golf shop is unveiling Amy
Sport, a Palm Desert-based company
founded in 2017 by local designer
Amy Lipton, who came up with the
idea for the golf and tennis brand be-
cause she could never find fashion-
able high-performance athletic wear
designed for petite women of all sizes.
Amy Sport's styles feature clothes
with a focus on fit, fabric quality and
integrity, and are designed to have
multipurpose appeal so they can be
worn on the course or for travel,
happy hour, the office or any place in
between.
"Amy is amazing and a very tal-
ented designer," said Merchandise
Manager Pam Vincent. "Her fabrics
and fit are spot on."

is now available in the golf shop.
