DINING IN!
Restaurant reopens with limited capacity, a
new twist on Sunday brunch, and longer hours
VUE GRILLE & BAR
I
ndoor dining at Vue Grille
& Bar is back – and so is
the restaurant's popular
Sunday brunch, albeit
with a new twist.
Guests can return to the days
of enjoying a thoughtfully pre-
pared meal in an amazing set-
ting as Vue Grille & Bar is now
open seven days a week, with
seating limited to a mandated
25 percent of full capacity in-
doors and on the patio.
In addition, Vue will expand
its hours starting October 13,
serving lunch and dinner
Monday-Saturday from 11 a.m.-
8 p.m. and bringing back Sun-
day brunch from 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
In the interest of health and
safety, however, the brunch will
feature an a-la-carte menu
rather than a buffet, although
guests can still enjoy bottom-
less champagne, and NFL foot-
ball playing on big screens
throughout the restaurant.
"Sunday brunch has always
been our most popular meal, so
we're working to put together a
terrific a-la-carte menu, and we
think guests will really enjoy it,"
said Director of Food and Bever-
age Scott Winant. "It gives us
the chance to make the menu
more creative and chef-driven."
Guests are encouraged to
make reservations well in ad-
vance, as walk-up seatings
aren't guaranteed due to the
limited capacity.
Winant emphasized that he
and his team are taking safety
very seriously and following all
social distancing and sanitizing
protocols.
For those who prefer to dine
at home, curbside pickup is
available as well as delivery via
Grubhub and Postmates.
