VUE GRILLE & BAR
tains,
we
enclosed
it
in
glass
and
gave
the
space
its
own
sound
system,"
said
Michael
Tebbetts,
Director
of
Sales
and
Marketing.
"So
now,
when
we
need
to,
we
can
make
it
a
private
dining
space
for
larger
groups."
Post-round
or
pre-dinner
guests
will
also
enjoy
the
fresh
surrounds.
"We
have
a
20-seat
bar
inside,
with
up
to
10
more
seats
outside,"
Tebbetts
said.
"It
makes
the
entire
area
a
far
better
space
for
both
golfers
after
a
round
and
guests
coming
in
for
Happy
Hour."
Also
included
in
the
renovation
was
the
purchase
of
new
kitchen
equipment
and
general
improvements
to
make
food
service
more
efficient.
Updated
brunch
and
Happy
Hour
menus
also
complement
the
rework,
along
with
dinner
menu
enhancements
that
aim
to
highlight
Vue's
better
than
300
bourbons
and
whiskeys.
For
Tebbetts,
the
new
vibe
aptly
matches
aesthetics
with
comfort.
"Golfers
always
thought
the
space
felt
a
little
formal,"
he
said.
"But
now
it
does-
n't
feel
like
they're
coming
off
the
course
to
a
sit-down
restaurant.
It's
a
beautiful
place,
but
it's
a
little
more
informal."
