Vue Grille & Bar unveils new menus for the season
T
he new year has brought
with it all-new menus to
Vue Grille & Bar. Here are
some of the tasty highlights:

LUnch MEnU
Starters of Ahi Towers and
Bacon Wrapped Dates are sure
to whet any appetite and are fol-
lowed with an array of intrigu-
ing soups and salads. One
delightful option is a Chicken
Papaya Salad of mixed greens,
avocado, candied papaya,
served in a fresh papaya shell.
But the real showstopper is the
Build-A-Burger, which entices
guests with a half pound of beef,
turkey, or a vegetarian base, cus-
tomizable cheese options and
additions of fried eggs, candied
pepper bacon, plain bacon, avo-
cado or mushrooms.

DinnER MEnU
The signature dishes on the
menu sizzle in spirituous sauces
with the Tomahawk Ribeye
served in Jack Daniels Bourbon,
the chef's famous 16-ounce Pork
Chop in brandy sauce, and
Bourbon Braised Short Ribs
highlighting the evening fare.

BaR MEnU
The Small Bites section packs
big flavor. Crispy Avocados
with chipotle remoulade and
pickled onions, Fresh Tomato
Bruschetta, Soy Ceviche and Ahi
Tuna Tacos offer refreshing ad-
ditions. The Large Bites provide
savory comfort food, including
a Short Rib Grilled Cheese that
gives a grown-up edge to nos-
talgic flavors.
