TEE
TIME
W
ith Mother's Day right around
the corner, time is running out
to plan a special occasion that
your mom will remember. And what bet-
ter way to show her how much she
means to you than to treat her to a relax-
ing and delicious brunch in a beautiful
setting?
For the past five years, Vue Grille &
Bar has offered an exquisite Mother's
Day brunch that is not to be missed.
Featuring mountain views that are nearly
as spectacular as the cuisine, it's an ideal
setting for a celebration that brings the
family together.
"It is the perfect place to take mom
and be able to show her all of our appre-
ciation for what she does for us all year
long," said Scott Winant, the Director of
Food and Beverage at Indian Wells.
Breakfast selections include everything
from an omelet station to waffles with all
the fixings, smoked salmon and biscuits
with gravy. Those looking for more tradi-
tional lunch options can enjoy shrimp
cocktail and crab legs, grilled chicken
with artichoke relish, a variety of soups
and more. Whether you're more inter-
ested in the breakfast or lunch selections
(and there's no reason not to partake in
both), be sure not to pass up the carving
stations featuring oven roasted turkey,
roasted prime rib of beef and molasses
baked ham. If you plan your buffet strat-
egy well, you'll leave room for a selection
of exquisite desserts.
"Our carving stations are always the
most popular as well as the bottomless
champagne, of course," Winant said.
Brunch runs from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. on
Mother's Day, May 13, and is $59.95 for
adults and $24.95 for kids ages 6-11.
Reservations are recommended and can
be made by calling (760) 834-3800.
