lunch and dinner all summer
long makes us an anomaly out
here," said Scott Winant, Di-
rector of Food and Beverage at
Indian Wells Golf Resort.
Not only is the restaurant
open the entire season, but Vue
is also unveiling an exciting
new Happy Hour for Summer
promotion. Vue, open seven
nights a week, will hold
Happy Hour from 3 p.m. to
close every day throughout the
summer months. Happy Hour
specials include $4.50 draft
beers, $5 house wines and well
cocktails, $7 specialty cocktails,
50 percent off select bottles of
wine, and 25 percent off all
sushi rolls.
Each day of the week fea-
tures another perk. Mondays
are "Industry Nights," in
which hospitality, golf and
restaurant employees receive
50 percent off all food. Tues-
days are "$2 Tuesdays," in
which patrons can get all well
liquors, house wines and draft
beers for $2 off Happy Hour
pricing. Wednesdays offer a
$10 burger with your choice of
draft beer or house wine,
Thursdays offer 50 percent off
all bottles of wine, Fridays
offer a $15 flat iron steak with
pomme frites and Saturdays
are for the three-course prime
rib special for only $23.
