CHRISTMAS EVE AND
CHRISTMAS BUFFET

If you're in town for the holidays or just in the
mood for some special Christmas-time fare that
you don't have to cook yourself, then visit Vue
Grille & Bar for an enticing buffet with a variety
of selections.
Served from 4-9 p.m., the buffet includes dis-
plays such as raw and grilled vegetables, im-
ported and domestic cheeses, cubed winter fruit
and cold smoked salmon with bagels, onions, ca-
pers and tomatoes. Caprese, antipasto and har-
vest salads will be available as will hand-carved
roasts and entrees that include sole with rice
pilaf and butternut squash ravioli. Sides consist
of chive whipped potatoes, sweet potato casse-
role, baby vegetables, rolls and butter, while
desserts will include sweet sensations such as
chocolate cake, New York cheesecake and
pumpkin cheesecake squares.
The buffet is $49.95 for adults and $24.95 for

NEW YEAR'S EVE
Monday, December 31
For a truly extravagant way to ring in the New
Year, Vue Grille & Bar is hosting a nighttime cele-
bration with live music, dancing, and dinner.
In the early evening, enjoy a Lobster Bisque or
Tower of Tuna before experiencing an opulent
main course of Chilean Sea Bass, Pistachio
Crusted Rack of Lamb, Filet & Lobster Mash, or a
16-ounce USDA Prime Bone-In Ribeye. Finally, in-
dulge in a dessert of Limoncello Gelato, Choco-
late Mousse Cake, or Butterscotch Pot De Creme,
before heading over to the dance floor.
The event runs from 4 p.m.-1 a.m. and is $95
