resh off the showroom floor,
the long-awaited food truck
is revved up and ready to
cater to the taste buds of
Indian Wells Golf Resort's guests
and golfers.
Custom wrapped in the purple
and orange hues of the spellbinding
desert sunset, the truck stands out on
the golf course with the classic view
of the dazzling mountains in a facade
mimicking the surrounding area at
its most beautiful time of day.
In addition to its eye-catching de-
sign, a few more items have also been
added to the truck's already adven-
turous menu.
Just as the property transforms at
night, the fare offered on the food
truck also changes throughout the
day. Chicken Wings and Curly Fries
will now be served at lunch and the
Tiny Tees kids' menu will be avail-
able in the evening.
Pigs Wings and a Cuban Sandwich
are also being introduced.
The morning menu features famil-
iar offerings such as Breakfast Burri-
tos and Acai Bowls, but as the day
goes on, the menu diversifies into
spice and zest just as the resort gets
ready for glow- in-the-dark fun at the
all-new Shots in the Night experience
being unveiled at Indian Wells on
October 18.
"I'm excited to see the operation
come together," said Event Sales
Manager Sydnee Tucker. "I'm look-
ing forward to seeing the interaction
between the golfers, guests and staff
in this new environment."
