"Our guests always leave the restau- rant satisfied, which is why it has be- come such a popular day at Indian Wells and why we start taking reser- vations so early." For starters, some of the items on the menu include salads, fresh au- tumn fruit and an always-popular smoked salmon platter. "Guests also love our snow crab legs and gulf shrimp with cocktail sauce," Winant said. On the hot side, diners can enjoy dishes such as nutmeg-scented can- died sweet potatoes, Pacific sea bass with fried caper cream, and a cavat- appi pasta with roasted tomatoes and pine nuts. The carving station will be serving up herb roasted Tom turkey, slow roasted prime rib and molasses glazed ham.
